To be honest, I think we need to get into the view that every day is the 1st of January.
We’re constantly waiting for the right moment, for the New Year, for Monday, for tomorrow…
And it never comes.
That’s why the Journal for Busy People is undated, which means that
- TODAY is your 1st of January.
- TODAY is the time to think your goals out for the next 12 months.
- TODAY is the time to start.
It’s for you and me, and others who want to become driven and self-efficient.
We’re always on the go and need a useful framework to follow through with our goals.
There are 218 individually numbered and dotted pages:
👉 154 pages with a layout
👉 64 blank, dotted and numbered pages
Journal is designed to be used 7 days a week, 12 months of planning.

Just like everyone else in the beginning 🙂
When I just started, I had to clue too.
But once you get into journaling, writing down your goals (or things that can for now be your goals) and thinking about it, your direction also starts to shape into something meaningful.
If you’re interested, let’s have a chat to lay out your first steps.
And you most probably will!
We live in VUCA world. VUCA = Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous. Read more on VUCA world here.
So, we need to accept that
- our goals can change,
- external circumstance will get in the way,
- it all will influence our direction…
Learn to accept it, and Journal for Busy People will help you.
Have you heard of stacking effect?
It’s when one success becomes leverage for the next.
Here it means that when we do a proper reality check and figure our status-quo
learn what we really want in life,
(Yay, it’s already very very good! ✌️ And it’s also hard!)
then we can map out how to get there.
After that, really amazing things can start happening.
For me it was:
#1. Learning to listen to myself as opposed to blindly chasing shiny objects or someone else’s goals.
#2. Becoming more confident because I learned that changes are inevitable.
#3. Decluttering my physical and mental space.
